Prices in US dollars, before tax. Last updated: 26 October 2026.

RingMay has no platform fee and no plan to choose. You top up a prepaid balance, and it pays for the minutes your AI agent spends in conversation and for the AI tools you use in the studio. Every price is shown in RingMay before you use anything.

1. Free to start

Every new workspace starts with $5.00 of free credit, good for 90 days, to build and test your first agent in the studio.

2. Your agent’s conversation time

Charged by the second from your balance, for the time your agent is in conversation:

  • Conversations from your web link: $0.15 a minute.
  • Conversations on a phone line you connected: $0.20 a minute, the line’s connection included.
  • Scheduled outbound conversations your agent starts to a mobile number: $0.45 a minute, the connection included.
  • Time with a person on your team after the agent hands over: $0.05 a minute.

3. Studio AI tools

  • Voice tests in Preview: $0.20 a minute.
  • Typed tests in Preview: $0.10 for every 20 replies.
  • Build with AI: $0.05 a request.

4. Topping up

Add $20, $50, $100, or any amount from $10, by card. Your balance never expires, and a top-up of $10 or more keeps the free credit you have left.

5. Your phone line

RingMay does not sell phone numbers, lines or phone service. If you already hold a business number with your carrier, connect it to a flow at no charge and your agent answers it; your carrier keeps billing you for the line as before.

6. Taxes and payment

Payments are taken by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all orders, which adds any sales tax or VAT due where you are at checkout.
