Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

RingMay lets businesses design AI phone agents that answer their calls. This policy explains what information RingMay collects, how it is used, stored and shared, who helps us handle it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

It covers three groups of people: our customers (the businesses and their team members who sign in to RingMay at app.ringmay.ai), the people who call a RingMay agent, by its web link or a phone number ("callers"), and the people who use the RingMay app for Android (see "The RingMay Android app").

1. Who we are

RingMay is a product of Vxtory (vxtory.com), based in the Philippines. In this policy "RingMay", "we" and "us" mean Vxtory as the provider of RingMay. You can reach us about privacy at support@vxtory.com.

For information about our customers (their accounts and what they build), RingMay decides how it is used. For information about callers, RingMay handles it on behalf of the business whose number was called, following that business’s set-up: the business decides what its agent asks and where the answers go.

2. What we collect

From customers and their team members:

  • Account details: name, email address and password. The password is stored only as a salted hash, never as the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google (see "Information from Google").
  • Workspace details: your workspace name, the team members you invite and their roles.
  • What you build: your call flows, their steps and settings, phone number labels, and your conversations with Build with AI.
  • Workspace activity: a record of changes made in your workspace and who made them, such as publishing a flow or inviting a team member.
  • Usage: how much each call and Build with AI request used (minutes, speech, text) and what it cost, without the conversation itself.
  • Sign-in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (see "Cookies and browser storage").
  • Technical records: our servers keep basic records of requests and errors, such as the time, the address requested and your IP address, so we can run and protect the service.

3. Information from Google (Sign in with Google)

This section explains how RingMay (the app named “RingMay” on Google’s sign-in screen, at https://ringmay.ai) accesses, uses, shares, stores, protects, keeps and deletes Google user data. RingMay uses Google only to let you sign in with your Google account.

Data accessed

When you choose Sign in with Google, RingMay receives from Google your name, your email address and whether Google has confirmed that email address. RingMay asks only for Google’s basic sign-in permissions: “openid”, “email” and “profile”.

RingMay does not get access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar or any other Google data, and never sees your Google password.

Data usage

RingMay uses your name and email address from Google only to create your RingMay account, sign you in, show your name to your team inside RingMay, and send you emails about your account (for example a password reset). Your email address is how a Google sign-in is matched to your RingMay account.

RingMay does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine learning models.

Data sharing

RingMay does not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone, except the cloud hosting provider that runs RingMay’s servers and database (which processes it only to provide that service to RingMay), or when the law requires it. People in your RingMay workspace can see your name and email address as a team member.

Data storage and protection

Your name and email address are stored with your RingMay account in RingMay’s database, hosted in the cloud. The sign-in token Google sends is checked once and is not kept.

Data travels only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), the database is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider, and access to it is limited to the people who run RingMay.

Data retention and deletion

RingMay keeps your name and email address for as long as your RingMay account is open. To have your account and the Google user data RingMay holds deleted, email support@vxtory.com; we delete it within 30 days.

You can also remove RingMay’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, RingMay receives nothing more from Google.

Limited Use

RingMay’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Information about calls

When a RingMay agent answers a call, we keep a call record: the caller’s phone number when the call comes by phone, the number that was called, when the call started and how long it lasted, the text of what was said (the transcript), the steps of the flow the call went through, and any API Request the flow sent with the answer it received.

When a call ends with something for the business to follow up, such as a booking, a message, a request to call back or a call that couldn’t be put through, RingMay adds it to the business’s inbox with the details the caller gave, such as their name and phone number.

Call audio is not recorded. The conversation is turned into text as it happens, and only the text is kept.

Test calls that customers make in Preview are kept the same way, without a caller’s phone number.

5. The RingMay Android app

The RingMay app for Android (com.vxtory.ringmay) works like a phone: you get your own RingMay number, call the people in your contacts, and call AI specialists, such as a doctor or an attorney, who answer like a person would. This section describes what the app collects and how it is used.

What the app collects and why

  • Google sign-in: your Google account email, name and profile picture, to create and keep your account.
  • Your RingMay number: the permanent number RingMay assigns to your account, so people can call you.
  • Contacts: the people you save in RingMay, by name and RingMay number. They are stored with your account, not read from your phone’s contacts.
  • Calls: for each call, who called whom, when, whether it was answered, and how long it lasted. This is your call log.
  • Specialist calls: which specialist you called, when, and how long the call was connected.
  • Reports: if you report what a specialist said on a call, the reason you choose and any note you write (up to 500 characters), with the call it is about. We use them to review and improve the specialists. They are deleted with your account.
  • Privacy settings: who may call you, and the numbers you block.
  • Trying RingMay without an account: a random ID created by the app on your phone, and how much of the free call time it has used. It holds no name or contact details.
  • Device: a push notification token, so incoming calls can reach you.

Your voice

Calls with people are carried live between the two phones over a voice calling network. We do not record them.

Calls with an AI specialist go live from your phone to our AI speech provider, whose speech model hears you and answers. Your call audio does not pass through our servers, and we do not record it. The provider processes it only to provide the call, under its terms.

Specialists are AI. They give general information, not professional medical, legal or other advice.

Who sees what

  • People you call see your RingMay number and profile picture. Someone calling without an account is shown as “RingMay guest”, with no number.
  • Your contacts list and call log are visible only to you.
  • Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it for advertising. The app has no ads and no advertising or analytics trackers.

Service providers for the app

Cloud hosting (sign-in, servers in Singapore, storage for specialist pictures, and call notifications), our database host, an AI speech provider for specialist calls, and a voice calling network for calls between people. They process data on our behalf.

On your phone

The app keeps diagnostic logs on your phone for 7 days to help us fix problems. They can include what was said in a specialist call. They leave your phone only if you send them yourself, with Settings, Share Logs.

How long it is kept, and deleting it

Your account, RingMay number, contacts, call log, specialist call records, privacy settings and notification token are kept until you delete your account. Delete account in the app deletes all of it at once. You can also ask us to delete it without the app; see ringmay.ai/delete-data.

6. How we use information

  • To provide RingMay: sign you in, save your flows, connect your phone numbers, answer calls with your agent and show you your call history.
  • To help you build flows: what you write to Build with AI is used to suggest a flow for you to review.
  • To keep RingMay secure and working: to detect misuse, investigate errors and protect our customers and callers.
  • To contact you about your account and important changes to the service.

7. What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
  • We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We don’t use customers’ flows, call transcripts or information from Google to train AI models. Our AI provider processes this information only to produce RingMay’s replies and suggestions.

8. AI and the services that help run RingMay

To answer a call, what the caller says is turned into text, an AI language model decides the agent’s reply following the business’s flow, and the reply is spoken in the agent’s voice. Build with AI also uses an AI language model. These steps are carried out by the service providers below, who process the information only to provide their part of the service to RingMay, under their data processing terms.

The kinds of service providers we use:

  • Cloud hosting: runs RingMay’s servers and stores its database.
  • AI language model: decides the agent’s replies on calls, and powers Build with AI.
  • Speech-to-text: turns callers’ speech into text.
  • Text-to-speech: speaks the agent’s replies in its voice.
  • Phone carrier: phone numbers and connecting calls.
  • Email delivery: account emails, such as confirming a sign-up or resetting a password.
  • If you would like to know which company provides a service, email support@vxtory.com.

9. Your own systems

A flow can include API Request steps that send details from a call to a web address the business chooses, for example to look up or save a booking. That information then goes to the business’s own system, and the business is responsible for it there.

10. Other sharing

Besides the service providers above, we share information only when the law requires it (for example a valid court order), to protect the rights and safety of our customers, callers or RingMay, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information.

11. Where information is kept

RingMay’s servers run in Singapore. Some of the service providers above, including our database host, may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where they do, we rely on their contractual data protection commitments to keep it protected.

12. How long we keep it

  • Call records, including transcripts and callers’ phone numbers, and inbox items from calls: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Usage records: 13 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Accounts and what you build: for as long as your account is open. This includes workspace activity. Deleting a flow deletes it, with its Build with AI conversation. When you ask us to close your account, we delete its information within 30 days.
  • Technical records: up to 30 days.

13. Security

Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes. The sign-in cookie can’t be read by scripts on the page. Access to each workspace is limited to its signed-in team, and access to our systems is limited to the people who run RingMay.

14. Your choices and rights

Customers can see, change and delete their flows and phone number settings in RingMay at any time. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account and its information, email support@vxtory.com; we answer within 30 days. How to delete your data, for the web app and the Android app: ringmay.ai/delete-data.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and similar laws where you live (such as the GDPR in Europe), you may also have the right to be informed, to object to some uses, to have your information erased or blocked, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority (in the Philippines, the National Privacy Commission).

Callers: the business you called decides how its agent handles your call. Please contact that business first; you can also email us at support@vxtory.com and we will help.

15. Cookies and browser storage

The RingMay web app uses one cookie, to keep you signed in. It is needed for the service to work. Your browser also stores a few settings on your device, such as your chosen theme and the flow you last opened. RingMay does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you use Sign in with Google, Google’s sign-in button may set Google’s own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.

16. Children

RingMay for businesses isn’t meant for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

17. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell customers by email or in RingMay before the change takes effect.
