Delete your RingMay account and data

RingMay is published by Vxtory. You can delete your RingMay account and its data at any time, from the RingMay web app (app.ringmay.ai) or the RingMay app for Android.

1. RingMay for Android: in the app

Open RingMay, go to Settings, then View profile, and tap Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted immediately.

2. RingMay on the web, or without the app

Email support@vxtory.com with the subject “Delete my RingMay account”, from the email address your account uses or naming it, so we can find and verify the account. Say whether it is a RingMay web account, an Android app account, or both.

3. What is deleted

RingMay web account

  • Your account: name, email address and sign-in details
  • Your workspace, its team members and workspace activity
  • Your flows, their knowledge and settings, and your Build with AI conversations
  • Your call records, transcripts and inbox
  • Your phone number settings, and your remaining balance (it is not refunded; see our Refund Policy)

RingMay app for Android

  • Your account and profile: name, Google email, profile picture and your RingMay number
  • Your contacts
  • Your call log and the records of your specialist calls
  • Your privacy settings and blocked numbers
  • Your notification token

4. What is kept

Nothing linked to your account, except records of payments, which our payment reseller Paddle keeps as the Merchant of Record for our orders. Call audio is never recorded, so there is none to delete.

5. How long it takes

In the Android app: immediately. By request: within 30 days of verifying the request.
