Refund Policy

Last updated: [To be completed: date it takes effect]

RingMay works with a prepaid balance. You top up your balance, and calls, tests, Build with AI and phone numbers are paid from it at the prices shown in RingMay before you use them. This policy explains when money comes back to you.

1. Who you pay

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Top-ups

Top-ups are not refunded. The money you add stays in your balance, and your balance never expires, so you can use it whenever you need it.

3. Free credit

The free credit you get when you sign up is never refunded or paid out. Until your first top-up it pays for studio tests and Build with AI, and it ends 90 days after you sign up. A top-up of $10 or more keeps the free credit you have left in your balance.

4. When something fails on our side

If a call or another paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we add what it cost back to your balance automatically. These refunds go to your RingMay balance, not to your card.

5. Closing your account

If you close your account, any balance left is not refunded, whether it was paid or free credit. Use it before you close your account.

6. The RingMay Android app

[To be completed: whether the Android app has paid features, and how refunds for them work through Google Play.]

7. Questions about a charge

If you think you were charged by mistake, email us at support@vxtory.com with the date and the amount, and we will look into it. You can also contact Paddle about any order.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
